How do I redeem rewards?
Open the Greenhouse Circle widget, choose a reward, and apply it at checkout. Some rewards can be used only by logged in members. Stock and exclusions can apply.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Plantastic Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. We send reminder emails before expiry so you can redeem them in time.
Can I use rewards with other promotions?
Rewards usually can not be combined with discount codes unless stated. Full details are on the reward when you redeem it.
