Condensation is normal after watering or temperature changes. Persistent fog means excess moisture: vent briefly, wipe glass and move to slightly cooler, indirect light.

Fittonia often droops when dry or overheated. Lightly mist the soil and move to bright indirect light; it usually perks up within hours. Avoid direct sun.
