PAYMENT

All prices are displayed and processed as AUD. We must receive full payment prior to dispatch.
 

DISPATCH

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Store in Gold Coast during business hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday using Australia Post and selected Courier companies for larger items.

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from receipt of your order, depending on product availability and only during weekday business hours.

Please note: Dispatch time is provided as a guideline. Dispatch time can increase during busy periods e.g. sales, Christmas.

 

Biosecurity restrictions: We cannot send any live plant terrarium kits or soil-containing blends to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory due to state biosecurity laws. Orders for restricted items to these states will be cancelled and refunded. Accessories, glassware and décor can ship Australia wide.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

4 – 7 business days for delivery to: SA, WA, NT, QLD, TAS, NSW, VIC, ACT

We send parcels within Australia using Australia Post and selected Courier companies for larger items, delivery will be attempted during normal business hours. A signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained, the parcel will be left in a safe place.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Please let us know in the comments section on checkout if you would like your parcel left on your property if you are not home. Plant Homewares & Lifestyle takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers by and the weather.

DELIVERY STATUS & TRACKING

Customers are emailed a tracking code when their order is dispatched that can be entered into the Australia Post/Courier website. You may enquire about the current status and delivery whereabouts of your order once you have received this code.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS 

It is your responsibility to be available to be at the nominated address to receive your delivery or have someone else available otherwise redelivery charges may apply. If you unpack your purchase & find any issues we require you to keep your original packaging so that the item may be returned back to our supplier.
