At Plant Homewares, every item is hand-picked and carefully inspected before it leaves our store. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved preparing it. If something isn’t right, please read below for how we handle returns, damages, and cancellations.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Plant Homewares.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at helpme@planthomewares.com.au within 12 hours of receiving your parcel.
Store credits or replacements for damaged goods will be issued at the discretion of Plant Homewares.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.
We do not refund for change of mind.
If a return is approved, we will issue a store credit (excluding freight costs and less restocking fee).
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases and are at the discretion of Plant Homewares.
